2. HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION

To the extent that your personal information is collected as part of a specific Event, the personal information will remain private and will be deleted after the Event has been completed. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the security, integrity and privacy of any personal information you choose to give us. We have security technology and procedures in place to ensure that all information stored on our database is secured against unauthorized access and use.

(b) Financial Information. Payments are facilitated through our third party, PCI compliant payment processor, Paypal. User financial information is securely transmitted through encrypted channels directly to Paypal. We do not receive, store or share any user financial information. (c) Information Collected or Received From Third Parties. We may receive non-personal information about you from third parties, including, but not limited to, third-party social networking services. You should always review and, if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party services before linking or connecting them to the Service.

(d) Analytics information. We may collect, measure and analyze traffic and usage trends for the Service, and we may use third-party analytics tools to help us. This allows us to understand how you are using the Service, and ways to improve the Service. These companies may use this data to improve their own services and the services of others, including us. You may make such a request up to once per calendar year. If applicable, we will provide to you via email a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately-preceding calendar year, along with the third parties' names and addresses. Please note that not all personal information sharing is covered by Section 1798.83's requirements.
