Location - We are an American based company with stores located throughout Wisconsin. All online orders either packed & shipped at our eCommerce center, or drop shipped from one of our distributors distribution centers near you. Being located in the Midwest allows us to ship products to everyone across the U.S. in a very timely fashion and at a fair shipping cost.

Customer Support - We offer over the phone customer service Mon - Fri from 10am - 5pm central time for online inquires. If you are local, phone support is available throughout the weekend at Gaming Generations locations. We do our very best to respond to emails within 24 hours. We also offer support over our social media sources such as Facebook and Twitter.

Security - We know online shopping can sometimes be a bit scary for some. We are consistently working to make sure all of our customers data stays 100% encrypted and secure. We also do not keep any credit card information on file.

Technicians - We have plenty of highly knowledgeable technicians working on site at select Gaming Generations stores. Repair items & custom parts that we sell are the same that we use. You will notice that we offer some of the best prices both in store and online. We order the majority of our items direct from the manufacturer. Cheaper prices for us means cheaper prices for you!
