Customers will have 30 days from the date the item(s) are shipped to contact us via phone (608)788-5588 or e-mail Support@gaminggenerations.com regarding defective or damaged merchandise. You will then need to ship the item(s) back to us and upon further inspection, we will ship you a replacement. If that particular item is out of stock the customer will be given the choice of back ordering the item, changing the order to an item similar in price or receiving a refund. If the so-called defective item required any kind of installation (i.e. IntensaFIRE, LED's, repair parts, etc.) a 15% restocking fee may be applied if the condition of the item returned is not good. This will be decided by our one of our top level techs. If the item(s) returned have been tampered with in any way or have been swapped (warranty seal pulled or transferred, etc.) we will not accept the return and the item(s) will be sent back.
If more than 30 days have passed from the day of shipment your warranty will be void. Special exceptions may be allowed under extenuating circumstances and these situations will be taken into consideration by the staff at Gaming Generations. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you have a problem with any items. If you have any questions about our return policies, please feel free to contact us.
