We do our very best to get your item(s) shipped within 24 hours after payment is received . Normal ship times when shipping 1st class is 2-5 business days, 1-3 business days when shipping priority. If the items you purchase weigh over 13oz. it will automatically be shipped via priority mail. Please be sure to consistently check your email after you place an order. If for some reason an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you right away and give you a variety of options, including a full refund. Tracking will be available shortly after the item(s) are shipped. Insurance may be purchased during checkout for U.S. customers only.
International shipping orders will be shipped through USPS via 1st class international mail. Items sent through this service usually take 7-15 business days for shipping. We cannot track packages that are shipped outside of the U.S., but we do send a customs number that shows proof of shipping.
