Item Description

Not sure what exactly is wrong with your PS3? One of our highly trained techs will professionally diagnose the problem(s). Prices on fixes are very affordable compared to the manufacturers price.

Process:

1) Get your item(s) ready to ship. We do not need any powercords or extra accessories, just the main item. If you have attempted to take apart your system already, put everything in a bag.
2) Package up your item(s) in a box or sturdy padded envelope. We recommend putting bubble wrap around the item(s).
3) Include a note along with your item(s) stating what is wrong and the address you would like it returned to.
4) Drop the box or envelope off at USPS, FEDEX or UPS. We recommend getting tracking on the item. Insurance is completely up to you.
5) Once we receive your item(s), we will diagnose the problem(s) and will be in touch w/in 1-3 business days to let you know the costs associated. If you feel the cost is to high, we will send the system back and even refund your payment!
