Item Description

A replacement Drive IC for the PS3, model BD7956FS. This chip is the controller for all the motors in the drive. Although it is very rare this part is the problem, sometimes the disc will not spin due to this drive IC chip being bad. Install is very difficult, we recommend professional installation only. Please verify your laser is indeed working before replacing this chip as that is normally the problem when the disc will not spin.
