Oh GamingGen it's a blast we are playing it right now as we speak well .. i should say my roommate is ... and its got all the bells and wistles of a bonafied nes classic.. ya know its too bad nintendo didnt cash in on this ... this could have been an even bigger cash cow for capcom and nintendo alike if nintendo would have released even a limited edition cartridge of this game. Sure this has its con's seeings as the regular nes as a console in todays time isnt as relevant as it once was. But for true classic gaming enthusiasts they sure would have bought in right away and alls nintendo would have to do is laugh... but at the same time I guess this is good for all the consoles as its a cross platform release. As for if I were to rate this game , id put it right up there with mega man 2 and 3.

Wow, Megaman 2 was most definitely my favorite game, although 5 was really good as well. They really should make a line of retro games again, they would do really well. There are so many games they could add another game to, Mario's, Zelda's, etc. etc. I want to see retro come back again full force.

Yes most definatly retro gaming was a very grand thing. I was also a tecmo bowl fanatic back in the day .. profane e.a and the no fun league for giving e.a exclusivity... I think my favorite games was final fantasy and believe it or not River City Ransom ..besides tecmo bowl anyway

Just buy the Mega Man Anniversary Collection. It has Mega Man 1-8 in it.

But you don't get to use an original NES controller!

Well, then he should buy it for whichever system lets you use the D-Pad and just A and B. The Cube and Xbox might both do that.

I'll stick to my ps3 .. retro gaming belongs on the nes. Besides that would make for a good hobby .. collecting old nes titles.
