A journey through the trials of a determined cop......

--Graphics-- 7.0
The overall veiw of the game may disapoint many hardcore gamers, but the lighting brings us back to the old Saw films. With flickering lights and a creepy blue night sky, you really begin to wonder where this is in the real world. The T.V.s are a nice throwback as well, the look of Jigsaw may be a bit toonish at times but you really shouldn't let that bother you. In all parts of the asylum, i truly felt like i was lost in the place.

--Story-- 8.5
The tale of Detective Tapp.... if you don't know who he is go buy the first Saw and you will see, go on then. For those of you who are in the loop here is a great look at this story. At first it seems like a random character and yet not, when we last left Tapp he was suffering from a gunshot wound whlie trailing the infamous Jigsaw killer. In this installment, we find the good detective in the biggest trap to date, an institute for the insane. And it would seem that he must rescue some people who he tormented in his case study. The back and forths between Trapp and the other victims provides a great tale that dives into a select few backrounds.

--Gameplay-- 8.5
This was by far the toughest game i have ever come across, Between the poison gas and the shotgun traps, this game will always keep you on your toes. So i did find some noticable problems. A big problem that i found was your attack speed, usually by the time i got a hit off on a victim, i was already near death, the AI have an increadable attack speed that makes me wish i could hit like that with a bat. The traps are the most annoying part of the game, trip wires are hard to see and after you die once or twice you tend to forget where they are which sucks and yet is a neat feature. Overall i think this game will get you steamed up preaty bad, but you are going to be jumping all the time

--Overall-- 8.0
The thought of playing yet another game based on a movie was really preventing me from pgoing at it, but thanks to a guy i know, i found a great game that kept me guessing the time i was there. I never would have predicted any part of the game and i suppose that is a great thing in and of itself. I will admit that i got overly frustrated at certain parts but felt truly relived after i got though them, i recomend this game to Saw fans and not so big fans and to everyone, Oh yes, There Will Be Pain

Sounds like an ok game actually, will be trying it for sure since the graphics remind me of Condemned which is one of my favorite horror games of all time.
