You can build a powerful machine for about that price.
I suggest intel, but you can go either way.
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 - $130
eVGA 790i Mobo - $200
285GTX Video card - $300
650W PSU - $120
22" LCD - $150
4GB Ram - $80-100
Windows 7 - |

I was looking at a ALIENWARE!@!@! lol but i made one and it came out to 1500 soo idk.
And would i have to buy separate parts and put it together??
Because i have no idea how to do that. _________________ THREE time Call Of Duty Gaming Generations tournament Champions. |

I dont really like alienware, its restricted to what you can really do, but it does the trick. Buying the parts and building it will always be more powerful than the alienware PC.
Theres another company that builds PC, that can out do alienware, but pricing is a bit up there. But managable.

| To use more than 4GB of ram, you gotta run a 64bit operating system. To get the best performance from a build, things have to be precise. Memory clock speed have to match FSB of the board and CPU, etc etc. If you get an i7 setup, things are a bit trickier with the whole FSB setup. |
