COD MW2 TOURNAMENT RE-CAP JULY 19th

Over 40 kids packed into the La Crosse Public Library on Saturday to take place in the Focus Fire Rematch tournament. Featuring arguably the top Call of Duty teams in La Crosse, the two time tournament champs We Are Superior added a third championship to their name taking the title in the finals against Beatdown Crew.
Unlike past tournaments, this tournament featured an all MLG (Major League Gaming) style rule set. If you're not familiar with MLG, these rules include no Killstreaks, no Deathstreaks, no Akimbo (dualing weapons), and no Bling perk.
Aside from the main tournament, there was also a FFA (free-for-all) tournament, which was also won by a We Are Superior member.
Details have not been released for the next Modern Warfare 2 tournament yet, as Call of Duty: Black Ops is due out in a litte over four months.

Thank you very much to all who attended the monthly Focus Fire event. Please be sure to keep an eye out for our other monthly Focus Fire tournaments. July 24th is Focus Fire's next tournament date. It will be fighter game themed, playing games like Super Street Fighter IV, Tekken 6 & HD Remix.

Focus Fire is a monthly thing, but we are having 2 big events each year.
You will have to make it this year in December for the big event.
