The GBA is one of my favorite consoles ever, and I still have my old transparent blue one. I think for a 2 Dimensional system, it had a great set of games (including many re-issues). Point out any if I am missing some:

Metroid Fusion
Metroid Zero Mission (a remake of the original NES Metroid)
Advance Wars 1 and 2
Super Mario Advance 1 (Super Mario Bros. 2 from Nes)
Super Mario Advance 2 (Super Mario World from SNES)
Super Mario Advance 3 (SMW 2: Yoshi's Island from SNES)
Super Mario Advance 4 (SMB 3 from NES)
The third series of the Pokemon generation (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald)
Pokemon Red and Blue remakes (as Red and Green)
Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga
Final Fantasy 1 and 2 remake
Final Fantasy 4 remake
Final Fantasy 5 remake
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance
Fire Emblem (the first ever US and European release of the FE series)
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
TLOZ: Link's Awakening remake
TLOZ: Minish Cap
Golden Sun 1 and 2

I know there are more. Golden Sun is still my most favorite rpg series.

I completely agree with Minish Cap, Golden Sun, Fire Emblem, and Mario and Luigi.

I have FF I and II, but haven't gotten to them yet.

I enjoy the tales of phantasia and the sword of mana remakes.
