The weather for the December Focus Fire 2010 event was, at the very least, interesting. There was a major blizzard that came through nearly the entire state of Wisconsin! Snowdrifts in some areas ranged from 4ft. to 8ft in height. Not only was there a blizzard going on outside, but it was cold. People who attended were not to pleased walking outside in 10 degree weather with negative windchill.
Many players heard the news about this snow storm and piled in cheap Hotels Friday night. Others that were planning on making the drive on Sunday for the SSFIV tournament were in for a tough haul, many didn't event attempt to make the drive.
Although we did not get the turn out we were hoping for at the event itself (around 800 people total), we still had nearly 10,000+ unique viewers throughout the course of the weekend on the fighter stream and over 5,000 unique views on the shooter streams.

| Definitely went pretty well. Although it was a little rough working the event, I definitely had fun. Even though the weather was TERRIBLE (snow was up to the windows of my car), and the turnout was much less than we were expecting, it was a lot of fun! Thanks GG and FF. |
