Yeah, I actually bought the Bubble Bobble you had, but had to return it cuz it didn't work and the guy at the store couldnt get it to work either Sad

And yes, obv a huge DK fan, although I never liked any of the DK country type games that were made later on.

Some of my fav nintendo games are any of the Mega Mans, Zelda, Ice Hockey, River City Ransom, Ninja Turtles, Contra and Super C. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

back in the store today, got game cleaned, worked perfectly, got it home, won't boot up. Other games still work perfectly. Is it possible for a game to just not be compatible with the system I'm using? Any other ideas what it could be?

Wow, turns out that Bubble Bobble is just not compatible with Yobo. Ended up buying an original NES system and it works perfectly on there. I'd been wanting to get an original one anyways, so that just gave me the motivation to go ahead and do it. Pretty sweet game, already getting some of my old moves back. Smile

My favorites would have to be Double Dragon II, Super Mario 1 and 3, Contra, and TMNT Arcade.
