Infinity Ward is back releasing one the biggest hits of the year with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Gameplay
The game play is the same as the previous modern warfare. You go through a few different characters throughout the game. You get to play as the SAS and the Rangers. I believe that the game is much more intense than the first one. It is more tactical and you get to use a bunch of new various guns. The game also created a lot of controversy with a in-game level which you are asked to play it or skip it before you start the campaign.
The graphics are absolutely amazing. Definitely lives up to the hype.

Multiplayer
There are a lot of new weapons you can use in MW2. There are also a couple old ones like the M4 and the M16, although you get the M16 as you level up in multiplayer. The one of the best updates for the multiplayer part is being able to have shotguns, machine pistols, and rocket launchers as your secondary. Instead of just the usual three killstreaks you got in the previous MW, you get a lot more. Anyone can be unlocked while you level.
The last and highest killstreak is a tactical nuke. You need 25 kills in a row. It is a challenge, but everyone has a least one good game. There is also a riot shield available. It deflects shots and you are able to bash people with it. You can also choose equipment. Much are from the previous MW like C4 and claymore (you only get one though), but you can also get throwing knives.
New Game Modes are also available. There are a few game modes where you can play in third person. Another new one is demolition. It’s basically search and destroy and team deathmatch. The leveling system is basically the same also except you go up to level 70 before prestiging.

Co-Op
Another great addition to the game is the co-op play called special ops. You go through a bunch of a difference levels doing different modes. Sometimes it’s just defending or it will be tactical sniper missions.

Difficulty
To be honest, I died more times on normal than I did on Veteran. I think MW2 has the easiest veteran than any other CoD game.
